The Illinois
Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/1-11) establishes the procedures
by which the public can inspect and receive copies of District records
and information. Persons who wish to examine and/or receive copies
of District records will find the following instructions
and information helpful in completion of the required form,
fees
charged by the District in providing copies of its public records,
and an overview of the entire process. Questions related to the
