You are invited to the MWRD’s Women’s History Month Lunch and Learn featuring Dr. Claudia Hernandez, incoming President of the Chicago Dermatological Society, on Wed., March 27, noon – 1 p.m. at the Barbara J. McGowan Main Office Building.
Dr. Hernandez will provide an overview of skin cancer prevention, detection, and general skin care practices for different age groups and skin types. Following the presentation, Dr. Hernandez will have time for Q&A. Join us as Dr. Hernandez shares insights into her expertise and experience in the field of dermatology.
Dr. Hernandez is the Section Editor for JAMA Dermatology publication. She has participated on national, state and local committees such as Latina Outreach Program, Access to Dermatological Care, Council on Government Affairs for Health Policy and Practices, and Skin of Color Committee for the American Medical Association (AMA).
