PUBLIC NOTICE

In accordance with the requirements of the United States Environmental Protection Agency in 40 CFR 403.8(f)(2)(viii), the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago (District) herewith provides notification to the public of those industrial dischargers to its system which were determined to be in significant noncompliance of applicable Pretreatment Standards or Other Requirements during the period from January 1 to December 31 of each calendar year. 

DISCHARGERS FOUND IN SIGNIFICANT NONCOMPLIANCE WITH

APPLICABLE PRETREATMENT REGULATIONS

The industrial users identified below were found to be in significant noncompliance with applicable Pretreatment Standards or Other Requirements in accordance with the selection criteria established by the United States Environmental Protection Agency in 40 CFR 403.8(f)(2)(viii), or additional selection criteria established by the District in Article II of the Sewage and Waste Control Ordinance, during the report period from January 1 to December 31 of each calendar year.
